Rooms will only be confirmed where prepayment is received by the Conference Office
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Office before Friday, 6 July 2012. A cancellation fee equivalent to the fully stay of each room cancelled is applicable for cancellation giving less than 30 days notice or for any 'no shows' on the day of check in.
